How does The Manna Group's referral program work?
Three steps: you refer a buyer or seller to our team, they close a transaction with us, and we donate $500 to the local nonprofit you choose from our supported list — in your honor. It's our way of saying thank you while strengthening the community we all share.
Who can I refer?
Anyone buying or selling real estate in the Spokane or Coeur d'Alene area — friends, family, coworkers, a neighbor PCSing to Fairchild, or someone right-sizing after retirement. We're licensed in both Washington and Idaho, so both sides of the state line count.
Which charities can my referral support?
Five local organizations close to our heart: Peak 7 Adventures, Union Gospel Mission, Second Harvest, Side by Side, and the INW Dyslexia Alliance. You pick which one receives the $500 when your referral closes.
Does my referral cost the person I refer anything?
Nothing. They receive the same full service every Manna Group client gets, and the donation comes from us — it's how we choose to spend our thank-you budget: on the community instead of on trinkets.
How do I know the donation happened?
We make the donation in your honor and let you know when it's done. Referrals like yours have helped us support these organizations year after year — it's the Community Driven value in action.
