Shane Bangle
A former law officer and soccer coach, Shane has always been in the business of service. He grew up in Las Vegas, Nevada, but moved to the Spokane area when he was blessed with the opportunity to coach soccer for Whitworth University. Shane stumbled into real estate after going through the home buying and selling process during his move to the Pacific Northwest. He realized how rewarding it was to be able to help people feel comfortable in making one of the largest purchases of their life, and he's dedicated his career to doing just that. Outside of work, Shane's wife, and their four kids, keep him busy with soccer, skiing, hiking, and traveling. Licensed in both Washington and Idaho, Shane's reach is continuously growing, and he is constantly striving to find ways to improve the lives of others through his professional efforts, one home at a time.
Diana Javelona
Diana began her journey in the U.S. in 1982, settling in Los Angeles, where she launched her career in the travel industry. After several years as a travel agent, she acquired the agency she worked for and successfully ran a Leisure & Corporate travel business for over a decade. Her extensive global travel during this time gave her firsthand insight into diverse cultures and client needs. When the travel industry slowed in the 1990s, Diana pivoted to real estate, earning her license in 2001. Her first transaction—purchasing her own home—deepened her empathy and understanding of the homebuying experience. Having worked in California’s fast-paced market, she developed exceptional skills in customer service, home-matching, and a strong reputation for trust, integrity, and loyalty. Now a licensed Real Estate Broker and Spokane resident for the past five years, Diana continues to bring dedication, experience, and personalized care to every client she serves.
Tony Watters
Tony moved from Bend, OR to Spokane, WA, in 2014 to attend and play soccer at Whitworth University. After arriving in Spokane, Tony never looked back. Tony has been serving the Spokane community through his love for Physical Fitness and Sports as the Sports Performance Director and Co-Owner of PTA Performance for the last 5 years. Along with helping people reach their fitness goals, Tony coaches youth hockey and is an assistant coach with Whitworth University Men’s Soccer. Can you tell this man loves to be involved in the community, seeking to serve others? Outside of coaching, you will find Tony spending time with his fiancée, Stephanie, and their 3 dogs! He enjoys staying active through adult league hockey, soccer, and softball. Tony has always had a passion for serving others, and his own home purchase sparked his desire to get into real estate. He is excited to take his compassionate heart into serving others with all their real estate needs!
Isaiah Harrington
Isaiah is a fourth-year student at Moody Aviation, training to become a Missionary Bush Pilot and aircraft mechanic. With a deep commitment to service and technical excellence, he is preparing for a life of global ministry and aviation support in remote areas. In addition to aviation, Isaiah earned his Real Estate License in September 2024. He brings hands-on experience in home remodeling, having renovated the house he currently lives in. His background also includes practical skills in plumbing, electrical work, and landscaping—developed during his time working in Tennessee. Originally from North Dakota, Isaiah has lived in Tennessee and now calls Washington home, where he’s spent the past three years. He married his wife, Bella, in June 2023, and the two are joyfully expecting their first child—a baby girl—due in July 2025. When he's not working or studying, Isaiah enjoys the outdoors—boating, dirt biking, motorcycling, and off-roading.
Diane Ussery
Diane has been working in real estate since 2017, specializing as a transaction coordinator and assistant with a focus on organization, communication, and smooth client experiences. Born and raised in Western Washington, she relocated to Deer Park in July 2024, bringing her strong work ethic and commitment to excellence to the local real estate community. Known for her calm presence and attention to detail, Diane supports every stage of the transaction process with reliability and care. She thrives on helping others and ensuring clients feel confident and supported from start to finish. Outside of real estate, Diane is an avid outdoorswoman who enjoys hiking, climbing, kayaking, and rafting. Highlights include summiting Mount Rainier and hiking the Tour du Mont Blanc. She also volunteers with Spokane County Search and Rescue, Mountain Rescue, and Peak 7 Adventures, sharing her love of the outdoors with under-resourced youth. Whether supporting buyers, sellers, or agents behind the scenes, Diane brings integrity, heart, and a client-first mindset to everything she does.
